Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays. We deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not ship outside the UK yet.

Returns and your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

Unopened, unused items are refunded in full, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of us receiving them back. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or wrongly sent.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Something arrived damaged or is not right? Email info@yanibeauty.com with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you - no need to post it back.

How to start a return

Email info@yanibeauty.com with your order number and what you are returning.
We reply with the return address the same or next working day.
Post the item back, keeping proof of postage.
Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 14 days of the parcel arriving.
