What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, items ordered.
• Payment confirmation from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Email address, if you join our mailing list or send a bulk enquiry.
• Messages you send us and the correspondence that follows.
• Basic analytics about how the site is used, only after you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To take payment and deliver your order - performance of a contract.
• To answer your questions - legitimate interests in running a shop.
• To send marketing emails - your consent, withdrawable at any time.
• To keep accounting records - legal obligation.
• To measure site usage - your consent through the cookie banner.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to run the shop: our payment provider, our delivery carrier (Royal Mail), our email platform and our website host. Each processes data on our instructions under a written contract. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records for six years after the end of the relevant tax year, as UK law requires. Mailing list data until you unsubscribe. Enquiries for two years after our last exchange.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep your basket working and cannot be turned off. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them; nothing that tracks you fires before you choose. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.
