Terms & conditions

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. Who you are buying from

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Yani Beauty trades from 13 Fielding Road, Birstall, Leicester, LE4 3AF, England. Contact: info@yanibeauty.com.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before dispatching an affected order.

3. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Timings and costs are on the delivery and returns page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancelling and returning

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel, and 14 further days to return the goods. Unopened items are refunded in full including standard outbound delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can only be returned if faulty, damaged or not as described. Return postage is your cost unless the item is faulty or wrongly sent.

6. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Product use and safety

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and make no medical claims. Full ingredient lists, allergen information and age guidance are published on every product page and on the ingredients page. Patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
